Processing Time

All portraits undergo a 3–5 business day restoration and hand-editing process before entering production. Rush processing (24–48 hours) is available for an additional fee. Processing time begins after you approve the final digital proof.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days after production is complete. Priority 2-day shipping is included in the Standard package. Overnight delivery is included in the Full package and available as an add-on. All domestic shipments are fully insured and include tracking.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide via insured, tracked courier. International orders typically arrive within 15–21 business days from the approval date. International shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and package size.

Rush Orders

We understand that time is critical during periods of bereavement. Rush orders can be arranged by calling (714) 447-9623 directly. Rush handling fees apply and are based on your specific timeline and location. We frequently coordinate direct delivery to funeral homes.

Returns and Refunds

Because every portrait is custom-made, we do not accept returns for reasons of preference or change of mind once the order has entered production. If you are dissatisfied with the finished piece, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work to make it right.

Damaged Orders

All orders ship fully insured. If your portrait arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the item immediately and contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
