By placing an order or using any service offered by OurLastFrame, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

OurLastFrame provides memorial portrait restoration, framing, digital memorials, tribute videos, obituary writing, funeral programs, and related services. All services are described on our website and are subject to availability.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders require full payment at time of purchase. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Orders are confirmed via email upon receipt of payment.

4. Revisions and Approval

We provide unlimited minor digital revisions until you are satisfied with the proof. Once you approve the final digital proof, no further revisions may be made before printing and shipping. Approval is considered final and irreversible.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Due to the highly personalized nature of our work, orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After digital editing has begun, we cannot offer refunds. We do provide unlimited revisions to ensure your satisfaction with the final digital proof.

6. Intellectual Property

You represent that you own or have the legal right to use any photographs you submit. You grant OurLastFrame a limited license to process, restore, and print your images solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We will not use your images for any other purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

OurLastFrame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
