Frequently Asked Questions
How long does the restoration take?
Standard restoration takes 3–5 business days, and all packages include standard shipping (5–7 days). If you need it sooner, expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.
What if my original photo is very small or damaged?
We specialize in working with aged, cracked, or low-resolution images. Our AI tools reconstruct missing data while our artists manually correct skin tones and features.
Do you deliver directly to funeral homes?
Yes. We frequently coordinate with funeral directors to ensure the portrait is delivered and set up correctly before the scheduled visitation.
